ENSEMBLES
PSALTERIUM CHAMBER CHOIR
The Psalterium Chamber Choir is an adult, mixed-voice choir specializing in works from the a cappella Catholic sacred music tradition (Gregorian Chant, Renaissance Polyphony, etc.).
The Chamber Choir makes appearances at various concerts and liturgies throughout the year between September and June averaging 8-9 appearances.
Auditions are held during the months of August and January or by appointment.

PSALTERIUM BOY CHOIR
For boys age 7+, the Psalterium Boy Choir providers a comprehensive musical formation program including ear training, sight singing, vocal technique (this includes individual instruction), and more. The nature of this endeavor also provides significant opportunities for character formation, and camaraderie.
The boys rehearse weekly on Monday afternoons and perform in the Institute's two major seasonal appearances as well as smaller events.
Any boy age 7+ is welcome to audition for the boy choir. No prior experience necessary.

MAGNIFICAT GIRL CHOIR
The Magnificat Girl Choir is a new addition to the Psalterium Institute in 2022 a place for girls ages 10+ to learn sacred vocal music in a positive and engaging atmosphere.
The Magnificat Girl Choir is led by veteran director/founder Pauline Sabo who brings a lifetime of musical and education experience and expertise to the ensemble along with a positive and nurturing approach.
