Our choirs have been hard at work since January, preparing music for our spring concert. The Chamber Choir has developed an almost frightening obsession with Tomas Luis de Victoria, but we’ve managed to peel them away from his responsories long enough to teach them music by a bunch of other composers from all over the world and all over the timeline.

The Children’s Choir has been hard at work trying to find something that will satisfy them as much as Britten’s Ceremony of Carols did in January. Hard to do, but they seem to have settled on some great music by Mendelssohn, Saint-Saens, and Pergolesi.
